Breakfast with Santa

Hi, Parents & Grandparents,

Skip, your Santa photographer here. I volunteered to help out with pictures at the event. My full-time gig is chief fourth-grade wrangler in my classroom in Rowland Heights. We’re not a poor school, neighborhood-wise, which means we get VERY little financial support from the district and the state.

Our district, as many others do while trying to stretch every state dollar, order classroom supplies and playground equipment from the “lowest bidder.” Often these items fall short in quality and longevity. Adopt A Classroom allows supporters to donate to their site, and teachers can order supplies they need to share with their students. Here’s how you can make fourth grade a great year for my students:

  1. 1) Just click here to visit our Adopt A Classroom website.

  2. 2) Make a small donation. All funds go towards our getting classroom supplies for my students’ daily use.

  3. 3) Email me after you’re done by clicking here. Be sure to tell me the photo number(s).

  4. 4) I email you a link to the full-size photo, as if you had the “negative” (boy, those were the days, huh?). Then print, print, print.

I hope we’ve made this easy enough for you to get your photo, help our school, and print your cards in time for Christmas!

(Just as an FYI, the average teacher spends $500-1000 of their own money for classroom supplies. Ask your child’s teacher. Then ask how you can help. You’ll bless them with your time, interest and support!)

Print to your heart’s content.

Support a local school.

Get a tax writeoff to boot.
